1. About RaceReady

RaceReady is a digital planning tool for race-week nutrition and preparation.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RaceReady product, related digital pages, and any paid access to RaceReady.

The service is provided by:

2. What RaceReady is

RaceReady is designed to help users structure race-week nutrition and preparation.

RaceReady is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. It does not replace a doctor, dietitian, or other qualified healthcare professional.

If you have medical conditions, injuries, GI issues, allergies, or other special dietary or health-related needs, you should rely on qualified professional advice.

3. How RaceReady works

At this stage:

• RaceReady does not create an in-app user account;
• plan data is stored locally on the user’s device;
• checkout and payment are handled through Lemon Squeezy;
• after generating a plan, the user may download a PDF copy.

Because RaceReady stores plan data locally, access to locally stored data may be lost if browser data is cleared, the device changes, or local storage becomes unavailable.

Lemon Squeezy may maintain its own customer, order, and billing records as part of the checkout and purchase process.

4. Eligibility

You may use RaceReady only if you are legally able to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

If you are under 18, you may use RaceReady only if permitted under applicable law and with appropriate involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required.

5. Purchases and payment

Access to paid features may require payment.

Payments and checkout are handled through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for purchases made through its checkout flow. Lemon Squeezy is responsible for handling payment processing, applicable sales tax or VAT, and payment-related operations within that checkout flow.

By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the price shown at checkout.

You may also be subject to Lemon Squeezy’s checkout, billing, and payment-related terms as they apply to the transaction.

6. Refunds

Refunds are available within 3 days from the date of purchase.

To request a refund, the user may contact support@raceready.health and/or use the purchase or order support flow made available through Lemon Squeezy, where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

7. Local storage and user responsibility

RaceReady stores generated plans and related planning data locally on the user’s device.

The user is responsible for keeping a copy of their plan if needed. We recommend downloading the generated PDF after plan creation so the information is saved in one place.

We are not responsible for loss of locally stored data caused by browser clearing, device changes, device failure, or other circumstances outside our control.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• misuse the product;
• attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service;
• use the product for unlawful or abusive purposes;
• copy, resell, or exploit the product beyond permitted personal use;
• attempt to access restricted technical areas without authorization.

9. Intellectual property

All rights in RaceReady, including its content, structure, branding, design, and software, belong to us or our licensors unless stated otherwise.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use RaceReady for your personal use in accordance with these Terms.

10. No guarantees

RaceReady is intended as an informational and planning tool.

We do not guarantee:

• any specific race result;
• improved athletic performance;
• prevention of injury, fatigue, GI issues, or other race-related problems;
• that every plan or suggestion will be suitable for every user.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, food choices, and use of the product.

11. Service availability

We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of RaceReady from time to time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss caused by race decisions, training decisions, food choices, device issues, loss of local data, or reliance on informational outputs of the product.

Where limitation of liability is permitted, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for access to RaceReady during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The most recent version will be made available through the product or related pages together with the updated date.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection law in the user’s country of residence applies and provides stronger protection.
